After School Programme

We are very excited to introduce the establishment of South Lee Educate Together After School Programme. The programme will be run by an Laura Flaherty, an experienced childcare practitioner with over 13 years experience, including running her own Montessori and After School Club in the Turners Cross area.

The purpose of the After School programme is to provide quality, affordable care to school-aged children. The service will provide a happy, safe and warm environment where all children and their families feel welcome. Activities will stimulate the child’s social, physical and intellectual abilities through participation in activities with their school peers. We are an inclusive setting where all children are valued. We ensure that the atmosphere is different to that in a classroom and is not intended to be an extension of the school day.

The programme will be run from 1.10pm to 6pm Monday – Friday, in accordance with the school calendar. The after school programme will take place onsite allowing parents to have peace of mind knowing that their child is in a safe, structured, stimulating and familiar environment. Further benefits include an easier settling in period for the child and no transport to off-site childcare.
